This funding helps us organize more impactful events and initiatives that can make a positive difference in their lives and help shape their futures. House of Empathy recently inspired over 100 of our older students. We invited two successful entrepreneurs to share their experiences and insights. The first speaker was Ms. Lili, who spoke about her journey of opening coffee shops that offer job opportunities to underprivileged disabled individuals. Our second guest speaker was Ms. Sasha Chen, a New York University Professor and founder of MamaPro network, who shared her experience of social entrepreneurship. Both speakers left a profound impact on our students, inspiring them to pursue their passions and create positive change in the world. We are extremely grateful for their time and expertise, and we are proud to have provided our students with such valuable insights and inspiring role models. This event was a true testament to our commitment to empowering youth and creating a brighter future for all.

We had the privilege of presenting our initiative to a group of successful entrepreneurs from StartmeupHK and Invest HK. We were honored to have such an esteemed audience and deeply grateful for the valuable advice and feedback that we received. Their insights helped us refine the framework of our program and improve our approach towards creating positive impact in the community. This opportunity was a significant milestone for us, and we are proud to have been able to share our vision with such a distinguished group of mentors.

We are very grateful that after our successful performance last year, we have been reinvited to the Social Enterprise World Forum 2023, this time representing China. This is a tremendous honor for us, and we are excited to have the opportunity to not only raise awareness about House of Empathy but also inspire aspiring young social entrepreneurs worldwide. Our team is committed to making a positive impact on the world, and we are excited to have the chance to share our vision. We hope that our participation in the forum will encourage others to pursue their dreams and make a difference in their communities.
Learning Planet Institute Youth Speaker

We are humbled by the positive impact that our enterprise has had on the community, and we are excited to have the opportunity to share our mission with a wider audience at the Learning Planet Institute this August. As an organization affiliated with UNESCO, the institute is perfectly aligned with our values and our commitment to the Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG #1 - No Poverty. We look forward to contributing to the institute's efforts to create a better world for everyone, and we are grateful for the chance to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations to make a positive impact.
Wharton School of Business - UPenn

Over the summer, UPenn offered us the opportunity to present our initiative to the Wharton Global Youth Students. Our presentation garnered lots of support from students, and even staff and professors. We are now partnering with Professor Flavio Serapiao, Professor Michael Nakkula, and entrepreneur John Gamba to expand our social entrepreneurial impact around the United States and Brazil.
ASPIRE 2030

ASPIRE 2030 is a global campaign that is 100% youth-led, with the objective of empowering young people to collectively aspire for a brighter future. The campaign achieves this by encouraging cross-border and interdisciplinary collaboration to ideate and implement impactful initiatives. This inspiring campaign is a joint effort by several esteemed organizations, including the LearningPlanet Festival, UNESCO, LearningPlanet Institute, KIDsforSDGs, and UNDP. House of Empathy were honoured to share our thoughts on how youth can make an impact on the succeeding generation.
United Nations Sustainable Development Goals event
December 2022
Our team organized a successful event to educate young ethnic minority children on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We had an impressive turnout of over 120 students ranging in age from 5 to 17. For the younger children, we designed team-building games that were both fun and educational, while our youth ambassadors engaged in deep conversations with the older students to better understand their interests and passions. We are thrilled to have provided a platform where students could learn, grow, and connect with each other. Our event not only raised awareness about Sustainable Development Goals but also inspired our participants to embrace their potential and become change-makers in their communities.

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to represent Hong Kong to speak at the 2022 Social Enterprise World Forum, where we were among the first youth social entrepreneurs to take the stage. With thousands of viewers tuning in from over 20 countries, the forum provided an incredible platform for us to raise awareness about our enterprise and share our ACCELERATE Blueprint with aspiring young social entrepreneurs worldwide. We were honored to inspire others with our vision for social entrepreneurship and hope to continue making a positive impact on the world.

We had the privilege of partnering with the local organization Huaen to host a heartwarming Christmas event for ethnic minority youths. As part of our broader mission to expand career vision and promote social equality, we also wanted to spread kindness and joy during the holiday season. The event was a resounding success, and we were thrilled to see the smiles on the faces of the young participants. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to work with Huaen and for their unwavering support in our mission to empower marginalized communities. As we celebrate this festive season, let us remember the spirit of kindness and generosity that brings us all together. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year!
Vodcast with Vivek Mahbubani & Aaron Robbie

We collaborated with the co-founder of Talking Mental to host a Vodcast featuring Vivek Mahbubani, a stand-up comedian, musician, and award-winning new media designer based in Hong Kong. During the event, Vivek shared his inspiring journey of overcoming challenges as an ethnic minority and thriving in his career. We are happy that our Vodcast received over 400 views and delighted that Vivek's story was able to inspire our students.
